This role involves PLC programming, system commissioning, and integration for advanced manufacturing systems.Candidates must be comfortable traveling extensively to customer facilities and working in fast-paced production environments.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA automation systemsProgram and troubleshoot Allen Bradley, Siemens, Omron, and Mitsubishi PLCsDevelop and maintain programs using:RSLogix / Studio 5000TIA PortalConfigure and support SCADA systems including IgnitionCommission and debug automated equipment on-siteIntegrate robotics, motion control, and safety systemsSupport customer startups and production launchesTroubleshoot electrical and controls systemsRequired SkillsStrong experience with PLC programming, experience with:Allen BradleySiemensOmronMitsubishiSCADA and HMI experienceExperience with Ignition SCADAExperience in high-speed automation environmentsPreferred industry experience, working with:Automotive OEMs (GM, Tesla, Ford)Tier 1 automotive suppliersHigh-speed production linesRequirementsWillingness to travel 90-100%Ability to work on customer sites across North AmericaStrong troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication skillsEngineering or technical degree preferredWork AuthorizationWe welcome applicants who are:Eligible for TN VisaEligible for Canadian Work PermitAuthorized to work in North America
