Job Description

Strong presentation, public speaking, and organizational skills. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent experience. Experience across multiple manufacturing functions, including production and logistics. Working knowledge of SQF and GMP standards. Experience developing company-wide EHS programs and SOPs. Background in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement preferred. PMP certification preferred. Six Sigma Black Belt preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis software. Ability to travel 50% or more to support multiple manufacturing plants for SQF and environmental compliance. Physical Demands Frequent communication and information exchange in a fast-paced environment. Regular observation and assessment of manufacturing operations. Frequent use of manufacturing equipment and tools. Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical movements such as bending, reaching, kneeling, or crouching. Work Environment Indoor manufacturing environment with moving mechanical parts. Exposure to heat, noise, odors, and occasional airborne particles. Required use of PPE including hearing protection, safety glasses, and hairnets. Ability to work extended shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
