Compliance Director (EHS & Quality)

Background in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement preferred. PMP certification preferred. Six Sigma Black Belt preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis software. Ability to travel 50% or more to support multiple manufacturing plants for SQF and environmental compliance. Physical Demands Frequent communication and information exchange in a fast-paced environment. Regular observation and assessment of manufacturing operations. Frequent use of manufacturing equipment and tools. Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical movements such as bending, reaching, kneeling, or crouching. Work Environment Indoor manufacturing environment with moving mechanical parts.
