Learn more at .Position OverviewThe Marketing Associate with NCF is an integral member of a fun, creative marketing team that develops strategic campaigns and communications for a variety of audiences. In this role, you'll support and help manage print and digital materials, including emails, websites, presentations, event collateral, social media, and much more. You'll also collaborate with offices and staff across the organization and country to train and equip teams to be better marketers, serve as a key partner in managing web content and marketing systems, and support our team by activating and managing incoming projects as delegated by our internal agency and other projects as needed by performing the following duties. This position is hybrid based out of our office in Alpharetta, GA.Reports to: Marketing ManagerManagement/Supervision: NoneDuties and ResponsibilitiesMarketing Content and Digital CommunicationsBuilds and publishes marketing deliverables such as one-pagers, brochures, emails, social media assets, and other promotional content by collaborating with designers, writers, editors, and print vendors.Creates, updates, and publishes marketing content for internal and external webpages, coordinating content reviews with relevant teams.Maintains and updates existing marketing content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency.Builds, tests, and sends emails using Marketing Cloud.Website, Systems, and Marketing Technology SupportManages and organizes users and permissions within the WordPress CMS backend.Serves as webmaster by creating, editing, publishing, and maintaining pages on NCF's public website in WordPress, ensuring proper review and approval processes.Creates and manages tickets for requests, bugs, or defects submitted to the Information Technology team.Assists with Jira and IT-related projects connected to Marketing Cloud and Salesforce.Project Management, Collaboration, and Vendor CoordinationCarries out special projects and collaborates with Marketing Team members to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas.Facilitates relationships with print and fulfillment vendors, including inventory oversight for marketing materials.Coordinates projects with video and photography vendors as needed.Accountable for team projects by driving deadlines, coordinating with stakeholders, and updating Trello and other project management systems.Oversees team meetings related to assigned deliverables and projects, providing creative and solution-focused input to move work forward productively.Internal Support, Training and Events Trains and supports local NCF teams nationwide (via remote assistance) to strengthen their digital marketing efforts.Supports local NCF teams by responding to questions, fulfilling requests, and coordinating orders (e.g., business cards and marketing materials).Supports internal and external events and webinars by creating presentation decks, coordinating with audiovisual teams, preparing content and agendas, and assisting on site in various ways to help the event meet the intended goals.Coordinates shipping of event materials as needed.Other Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssists with additional projects as assigned.Experience and SkillsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and have reliable attendance.
