Must demonstrate a strong ability to multi-task by accurately and efficiently performing in all areas concerning performance reporting, personnel duty scheduling, personnel recruiting and retention, etc. Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Must possess experience in contract management, process optimization, and risk mitigation.
