You'll own our content strategy, shape our editorial voice, and stay at the forefront of SEO and generative search - all while keeping an eye on what the numbers are telling you.Job ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & CreationBuild and manage a content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned propertiesCreate fresh content for our learning center and website - blogs, case studies, landing pages, emails, and moreWrite copy for marketing collateral, web pages, award nominations, presentations, and other digital and print materialsProofread and copy-edit marketing materials for clarity, style, tone, spelling, grammar, and AP style consistencyAssist with content strategy development, including pillar content campaigns and client persona creationLeverage AI-assisted content workflows (including prompt engineering, custom GPTs, and custom AI agents) to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability without sacrificing quality or brand standardsHelp support and guide intern content contributors within established workflowsSEO & Generative Search OptimizationStay on the cutting edge of AI trends and search landscape changes, optimizing content for both traditional SEO and emerging generative search experiencesConduct keyword research and translate insights into high-performing content briefsContinuously refine content strategy to improve search visibility and user experience as platforms and algorithms evolveAnalytics & PerformanceEvaluate and measure the success of content campaigns; use data to recommend improvements and inform future strategyTrack key metrics like sessions, bounce rate, and conversions to understand what's moving the needleContinuously test and refine - run A/B tests on headlines, CTAs, and email subject linesMarketing Automation & Lead GenerationOptimize lead nurturing processes through email, content, landing pages, and other digital channelsAssist with inbound marketing strategies including lead scoring, progressive profiling, and internal campaignsManage marketing and sales lists and develop targeted lists as neededOtherAssist with website updates and maintenance, especially blog posts, case studies, and biosAssist with other duties and special projects as assignedRequirementsQualificationsEducation & Experience2-3 years of experience in content marketing, SEO, or a related fieldBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related fieldA portfolio of published content across digital platformsBusiness SkillsExceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar and AP styleFamiliarity with SEO best practices and tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console)Proficiency in WordPress; familiarity with HTML is a plusExperience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp)Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) as part of content creation workflowsConfident interpreting performance data and turning insights into actionBonus Points If...You're passionate about how AI is reshaping search and content discoveryYou have hands-on experience building AI-assisted content workflowsYou enjoy mentoring others and helping teams adopt new toolsYou love feedback and thrive in a highly collaborative environmentBenefitsLV Collective offers a collaborative, fun, and flexible work environment inside its beautifully designed office in Downtown Austin, Texas.
