E-Commerce Customer Support SpecialistLocation: Broomfield, CO (Onsite)Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMPay: $19.00 per hourA growing national distribution company is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join its E-Commerce Sales Support team. This role focuses on supporting online retail partners and helping them successfully manage and grow their business.We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional who enjoys problem solving and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly with customers, and work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve order and account issues efficiently.Key Responsibilities-Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone-Resolve order-related issues including shipping delays, returns, exchanges, and refunds-Provide accurate product information and recommendations-Track and update orders within the e-commerce platform-Process returns, replacements, and refunds according to company policies-Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality-Professionally de-escalate and resolve customer concerns-Collaborate with Sales, Administration, Purchasing, and Marketing teamsRequired Qualifications-1-3 years of customer service or customer support experience (e-commerce or retail preferred)-Strong written and verbal communication skills-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability-Ability to manage high ticket volumes while maintaining professionalism-Comfortable working in a professional environment that supports the adult products industryPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting online retail or direct-to-consumer brandsFamiliarity with e-commerce platformsExperience with Order Management Systems (OMS) such as SAP, Magento, or similar toolsWhat Success Looks LikeTimely first response to customer inquiriesEfficient issue resolutionHigh levels of customer satisfactionEqual Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected VeteransThe Know Your Rights poster is available here:pay transparency policy is available here:temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.We are committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
