Set Up Operator

Essential Job FunctionsFollow all safety rules and procedures required by department and company.Sets up silk screen, offset and label equipment, correctly.Keeps equipment running through production.Responsible for machines producing good quality parts.Follow all decorating procedures.Repair and report problems with equipment.Adjusts color if necessary on offset equipmentAdds inks to screen and offset equipmentCleans screens, offset plates and blanketsKeep equipment and work areas clean.Completes setup sheets correctly.Fills out production boards correctly.Runs equipment at the highest rate without compromising safety or quality.Clear line before starting new work order.Give operators instructions.Promote safety.Performs other duties as assigned Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
