Packaging Operator

Summary Operates and supports packaging equipment for filling, labeling, packing, and wrapping products. Follows Batch Records and cGMP guidelines while maintaining accurate documentation, clean rooms, and safe operations. Key Responsibilities Operate and assist with setup of manual and automated packaging equipment. Follow Batch Record instructions for primary and secondary packaging. Perform cleaning and sanitization of packaging rooms and equipment. Support material movement and reconciliation (chain of custody). Report deviations or issues to QA/Team Lead/Manager. Maintain GMP documentation and complete required SOP training. Participate in safety processes and follow all safety guidelines. Requirements Basic understanding of packaging or manufacturing processes. Ability to follow written instructions and maintain accurate documentation. Knowledge of cGMP/SOPs (preferred). Attention to detail, teamwork, and safety awareness. Education High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience 1–3 years in packaging, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or similar environment.
