This isn't a wait-and-see position; this is a make-it-happen role! Not for the casual salesperson, but rather for those who take great pride in being the best at what they do!The ideal candidate will have sales talent. You know how to sell! You enjoy sales and are internally driven to succeed. Your goal is to find opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable relationships based on trust.We provide a base salary and commission structure, so you can generate the income you desire. In addition, in this role you get to work with a talented team and a proven process that eliminates chaos, allowing you to focus on what you do best-selling quality products and services.This role involves working autonomously to grow sales - you build your book of business. This is an Outside sales position with a day or two inside to ensure collaboration is part of the equation.Responsibilities:To independently build a book of business - first year $500k - $1m.Learn all available solutions and the processes used, then introduce them to clients.Research and call on prospective customers.Service existing accounts.Cold call, warm call, follow-up, serve as the point of contact to build relationships.Create sales, new business, and existing accounts.Present, sell, and provide print, promo, labels, and signage solutions to new and existing customers.Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.Present products to prospective clients.Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty.Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.Respond to and resolve issues to ensure customers are cared for and for the preservation of the company's reputation.Negotiate agreements and maintain sales and data records in our CRM.Skills:Motivation - to create results.Pride and work ethic - you work hard to do the job, it matters to you.1 year of proven sales experience (print, pop, label, signage industry preferred).Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.MS Office, CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.You are solution-driven - there are always solutions.Organizational and time-management skills.Enthusiastic and passionate about finding solutions for all clients.You have grit - you aren't easily discouraged.
