Immediate Openings Partners Personnel is looking for experienced Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operators to support a busy distribution operation in the Auburndale/Lakeland area. Shifts Available: * 1st Shift - 4:00 AM start | $18/hr * Mid Shift - 9:30 AM start | $18/hr * 2nd Shift - 2:30 PM start | $19/hr ?? Monday-Friday (some weekends required) ?? Start/end times may vary based on production ? Job Duties: * Operate a stand-up reach forklift (about 10% of shift) * Load/unload and move materials throughout the warehouse * Perform physical work (standing, walking, bending, lifting) * Maintain inventory flow and a clean, safe work area * Cross-train and support other departments as needed ? Requirements: * 2+ years of recent stand-up reach forklift experience * Valid forklift certification (within last 2 years) * Ability to pass a forklift safety test * Strong attendance and reliability are a must ?
