We are seeking a Project Manager / Delivery Lead to support Commercial Lending Operations initiatives within a large enterprise banking environment. This role will focus on execution, operational readiness, stakeholder coordination, and change management tied to lending platform enhancements and a multi-year AFS to Loan IQ migration. Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Delivery Management• Lead day-to-day project execution for lending operations initiatives• Manage milestones, risks, issues (RAID), and cross-functional dependencies• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and maintain structured governance• Support AFS → Loan IQ migration deliverablesOperational Readiness & Change Management• Assess user and workflow impacts across onboarding, servicing, and fulfillment• Translate system updates into operational procedures• Develop training materials, job aids, and stakeholder communications• Ensure readiness prior to deploymentExecution & Governance• Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting• Support intake and prioritization of enhancements• Ensure alignment with risk, controls, and compliance standards Required Qualifications• 7+ years Project Management or Delivery experience• Strong Commercial Lending Operations background• Experience supporting platform migrations or large system transformations• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills• Experience working in regulated financial services environmentsIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please apply with your updated resume.
