Oxenham Group – Technical Project Manager – Remote Join a leading Clinical Research Organization (CRO) at the forefront of oncology research and clinical trials. This organization is driving measurable outcomes through cutting-edge technology and data-driven methodologies while actively scaling an enterprise AI program that is transforming how clinical research is delivered. As the Technical Project Manager, you will be embedded directly within the AI program and broader technical portfolio, serving as the connective tissue between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will own delivery, track value, build reporting infrastructure, and communicate outcomes to C-Suite and Board-level leadership. This is a high-visibility role for a seasoned TPM who thrives in fast-moving, regulated environments and knows how to translate technical execution into business impact. What You'll Do: Own technical delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams within the AI implementation and broader technology roadmap, ensuring milestones are met, risks are surfaced, and blockers are removed Serve as the primary bridge between engineering and development teams and business stakeholders while facilitating direct, productive conversations that keep projects moving and aligned to organizational goals Build and maintain reporting dashboards in PowerBI (or Tableau) to demonstrate program value, proof of concept outcomes, AI effectiveness, and cost efficiencies to executive leadership Track and communicate program velocity, story points, and delivery metrics and translating Agile execution data into meaningful narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences Develop and present Board- and C-Suite-ready reports that articulate the ROI, governance posture, and strategic progress of AI implementations Lead Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, roadmap discussions, and retrospectives while maintaining storyboards and ensuring team accountability through Jira Navigate a regulated environment with working knowledge of PHI, PII, and compliance requirements (SOC, HIPAA, or equivalent) as they relate to technical project execution Establish program governance frameworks that support scalable delivery, demonstrate compliance, and enable confident decision-making at all levels of the organization What You Bring: 6–10 years of demonstrated Project Management experience in Agile, technical environments Proven experience in a regulated industry (Healthcare, Health Systems, or Finance) with a strong understanding of PHI, PII, or SOC compliance as it intersects with technical project delivery Demonstrated track record as a Technical Project Manager across multiple teams, owning delivery end-to-end and managing cross-functional dependencies Hands-on experience managing AI implementations tracking deliverables, measuring value, and reporting outcomes at the program level Hands on experience and proficiency building PowerBI or Tableau dashboards to visualize progress, demonstrate governance, and support executive decision-making Experience with Jira for backlog management, sprint tracking, velocity reporting, and roadmap visualization Strong ability to capture and articulate proof of concept (POC) data, story points, and project velocity in ways that resonate with both technical teams and business stakeholders Exceptional executive communication skills and comfortable presenting to C-Suite, Board members, and technical leadership alike PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent Agile/PM certifications are strongly preferred 30 / 90 / 180 Day Expectations: First 30 Days - Learn & Report Hit the ground running by developing a comprehensive understanding of the AI implementation currently underway including its scope, current state, demonstrated efficiencies, and value delivered to date. Produce an initial leadership-facing summary report within the first month. First 90 Days - Navigate and align establish yourself as a trusted point of contact across all program stakeholders. Develop a working knowledge of the broader organizational ecosystem, key decision-makers, and cross-functional dependencies. Drive regular cadences with stakeholders and begin refining reporting infrastructure. First 6 Months - Lead and demonstrate, operate with full TPM ownership and maturity. Deliver polished reporting dashboards for executive and Board consumption. Present proven POC data points, velocity metrics, and efficiency gains that validate continued investment and guide future project execution decisions.
