The role involves planning, executing, and governing projects involving sales/marketing & distribution, investment operations, regulatory change, and technology transformation. The PM will coordinate with business, and IT teams to ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards. Strong stakeholder management, risk management, and financial services domain knowledge are essential. Experience working with global delivery teams and vendors is preferred. Understanding of agile methodologies like ability to effectively facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives is fundamental.
