You will be responsible for a range of accounting and financial tasks, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Accounting Clerk Key Responsibilities: Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into our accounting system. Invoicing: Prepare and process invoices for payments. Reconciliation: Assist in bank and account reconciliations. Expense Tracking: Monitor and categorize expenses. Financial Reports: Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements. Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records. Accounting Clerk Qualifications: Prior accounting experience is required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software preferred but not required (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). Excellent organizational and time management skills.
