The Sales Representative plays a key role in guiding homeowners through the remodeling journey by offering expert recommendations on roofing, siding, window and decking upgrades. This is a high-impact, performance-based role ideal for individuals who are personable, motivated, and passionate about home improvement and sales. The position includes pre-scheduled, qualified leads and unlimited earning potential through a generous commission structure.Role Description and Expectations Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to understand their goals and recommend appropriate exterior remodeling solutionsPresent company products and services through clear, confident, and compelling sales presentationsClose deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targetsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and sales activity in the CRMDeliver exceptional customer service from initial consultation through project handoff.Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential referral opportunitiesAttend team meetings, training, and sales strategy sessionsRepresent the brand with professionalism and integrityQualifications Proven track record in sales or customer-facing rolesValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on homeowner availabilityComfortable working in a commission-based environmentExperience in home improvement, construction, or exterior remodelingFamiliarity with CRM software or sales tracking toolsGoal oriented with a competitive driveExcellent communication and relationship building skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyTrustworthy, professional, and solution focused.
