HR JUNIOR RECRUITER (BILINGUAL - SPANISH)Location: Chicago, ILJob Type: Full-TimePay: $23/hour (starting)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:30 PM; Every Other Saturday 8:00 AM-2:00 PMPosition SummaryEl Milagro is seeking a motivated and dependable HR Recruiter to support hiring efforts across the organization. This role is ideal for someone looking to begin or grow a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.The HR Recruiter will assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while learning best practices in recruitment and compliance. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, strong communication skills, and alignment with El Milagro's core values of Quality, Integrity, and Family.Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist hiring managers and the HR team with recruitment needs and job postingsSource candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and local recruiting effortsReview applications and conduct initial phone or in-person screeningsSchedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managersMaintain accurate candidate records and update applicant tracking systemsProvide candidates with information regarding open positions, company culture, and hiring stepsSupport internal job postings and employee referral programsAssist with recruitment-related projects, including internship and early-career hiring initiativesKeep recruitment software, job postings, and hiring documentation organized and up to dateConfer with management to define position requirements and assist with drafting job descriptionsEnsure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws and company policiesSupport additional HR-related duties and projects as assignedPosition Requirementsfluency in Spanish and Englisg required languages (written and verbal)diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or in progress)0-2 years + of experience in recruiting, hr, or customer-facing rolesstrong communication and interpersonal skillsexcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesproficiency with microsoft officefamiliarity with adp, workforce now, hireology, or similar ats systemsability to handle confidential information with professionalismexperience in manufacturing, warehousing, food production, distribution, or similar industries is a strong plusbachelor's degree in human resources, business, marketing, psychology, or a related field preferredphr or shrm-cp certification is a plusBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Life insurance
