Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Clinical Operations support team, ensuring the accuracy and quality of adverse event and product complaint reports. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to precision and compliance, which will align successfully within the organization.Job Title: Quality Assurance AnalystLocation:Onsite in Cary, NCPay Range:$30 to $35 an hour on W2What's the Job? Create and submit adverse event and product complaint reports based on data documented within the patient management system. Perform quality checks on reports, including spelling, drug information, manufacturer details, and grammar. Communicate effectively with clinicians regarding questions or concerns about report content or quality. Identify and report missing adverse events and product complaints, ensuring timely submission and documentation. Maintain and submit weekly or monthly reconciliation reports to biopharma clients in accordance with contractual obligations.What's Needed? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in moderate to advanced computer skills, including Excel spreadsheets. Ability to multi-task effectively and work collaboratively with team members.
