Job Type Full-timeDescriptionPosition Summary:The Marketing Specialist position works closely with corporate leadership, regional directors, and on-site team managers to implement marketing action plans that focus on driving traffic, renewing residents, and improving the overall customer experience. They will do this through coaching, training and monitoring of marketing initiatives and leasing performance. The Marketing Specialist will support properties in the portfolio while also assisting with corporate level initiatives. Corporate initiatives include, but are not limited to, the management of the Crown Residential social media account, content capture, reporting, and event planning. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker with an eye for detail, and a strong work ethic.RESPONSIBILITIES:The Marketing Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including campaign structure, keyword strategy, and ongoing optimization to maximize performanceAnalyze campaign performance data and manage traffic, lead generation, and conversion goals to drive qualified traffic and improve ROIDesign and produce high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, templates, digital ads, and other branded materials that align with corporate standardsTravel to assigned communities to capture photo and video content for use in social media, digital advertising, and marketing initiativesManage and grow corporate and community social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice, engagement, and audience growthDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies to support lease-ups, stabilized assets, and new property acquisitionsLead digital campaign strategy before, during, and after property takeovers to ensure seamless marketing transitions and performance continuity.Monitor competitive properties and regional market trends; provide strategic insights and recommendations based on marketing and performance analysisHost and lead marketing calls with Regional Directors and Property Directors to provide performance updates, strategic guidance, and operational supportCollaborate with operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectivesMaintain digital libraries of all corporate and community assets including brand guides, logos, pictures and videosPerform additional duties as assigned by the Director of MarketingOTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Advanced working knowledge of design platforms including Adobe Creative and CanvaSkilled in real estate photography and videography for digital marketing and social media content creationExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectivelyDemonstrated leadership abilities with experience collaborating across teams and supporting cross-functional initiativesStrong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and consistency across marketing materials and campaignsSolid understanding of business principles and marketing best practicesProven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentAbility to remain composed under pressure while balancing competing prioritiesDemonstrated professionalism and discretion in handling confidential informationCrown Residential, LLC. is an equal employment opportunity employer.
