Serve as the on-site expert for inbound activities, managing all aspects of quality in the warehouse and contributing to process improvement.Key Responsibilities: Manage all areas of supplier quality, resolving issues, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement. Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, addressing technical questions and ensuring 5 Sigma Quality performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality, velocity, and cost goals.Qualifications: Technical Degree (preferably in engineering) or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years in a related role. Knowledge of manufacturing and warehousing operations/processes. Proficiency in using basic hand tools and inspection equipment. Strong analytical problem-solving skills. Experience with Quality Management Systems and Lean Manufacturing desired. High ethical standards and professionalism. Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal direction. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 10-15%).
