If you are passionate about wellness and looking to contribute to a professional, supportive, and mission-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you!About the roleHot 8 Yoga is looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist to content creation, community engagement, and creator partnerships across our digital platforms. This role will involve social strategy, producing engaging content that reflects our studio culture and community, and working closely with the Marketing team to maintain and establish new relationships with influencers and creators who align with the Hot 8 brand.The ideal candidate is highly creative, organized, and deeply plugged into social media trends, with the ability to bring ideas from concept to execution while maintaining a consistent brand voice.Responsibilities:Manage organic social media strategy and day-to-day execution across Hot 8 Yoga's social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channelsShoot, edit, and produce social-first content including short-form video, Reels, TikToks, and still photography that highlights classes, instructors, studio culture, and communityAct as Influencer Relations Liaison, building and managing relationships with creators, local influencers, and brand partners for collaborations, studio visits, and campaign activationsCoordinate influencer partnerships including outreach, booking, deliverables, and tracking performance for both organic and paid campaignsCollaborate with the Marketing, Creative, and Studio Operations teams to execute content that aligns with brand initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and studio programmingCapture content across studio locations, community events, teacher trainings, and brand partnershipsManage the social media posting calendar and caption copy, ensuring consistency in voice, timing, and messaging across platformsOversee daily community management, responding to comments, DMs, and community inquiries in a timely and brand-aligned mannerMonitor social performance and provide monthly reports with insights on engagement, audience growth, and campaign effectivenessIdentify and implement emerging social media trends to keep Hot 8 Yoga's content fresh, culturally relevant, and engagingQualifications3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creationStrong creative eye with knowledge of visual storytelling, composition, color, and brand aestheticsProven experience creating high-performing short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTokExperience working with influencers, creators, or brand partnershipsAbility to think creatively and react quickly to trends and cultural moments with brand-relevant contentProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other social video editing toolsHighly organized self-starter with excellent time management and communication skillsComfortable working on-site capturing content at studios, events, and activationsSalary: $70,500 - $75,000
