We're looking for an ambitious Media Project Manager to help us produce fresh, authentic content for Nas.io. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands trends intuitively, and has a natural "hustler" energy.The Role:We're looking for a highly organized Media Project Manager with a background in media companies and a proven track record of running large, complex projects. You thrive in fast-paced environments, anticipate challenges before they arise, and love bringing multiple moving pieces together to deliver results.What You'll Do:Lead end-to-end project management for high-impact initiatives across product, marketing, and creator programs.Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met on time and at high quality.Develop timelines, resource plans, and progress reports for senior leadership.Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions.Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous projects and help the team stay focused on outcomes.Who You Are:5+ years of project management experience in media or content-driven companies.Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish a plus).Strong sense of ownership and accountability.Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Passion for storytelling, creators, and innovative media experiences.Location: Miami, FL or Mexico City, MX
