This role will be on a hybrid schedule at out North America HQ in El Segundo. This role turns strategy into action-partnering with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and MarCom to produce compelling, on-brand assets across channels.If you love writing, building content, managing timelines, and improving performance through data, this is a great role to grow your marketing career.What you will do: Partner with Product and Field Marketing to understand campaign goals and messagingWrite, develop, and deliver content across channels, including:Email campaignsWebsite and landing pagesSales enablement tools and presentationsBrochures, sell sheets, and event materialsSocial and paid media assetsTailor content by audience, channel, and campaign objectiveCollaborate with MarCom and agencies on creative executionManage content activation, timelines, approvals, and MLR submissionsTrack content performance and refresh assets based on insightsMaintain organized content libraries and brand standardsSupport internal enablement materials and sales communicationsGrow into contributing to content strategy, editorial planning, and multi-channel campaignsWhat you bring:Experience & Education1-2 years of content or marketing experienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related fieldCore SkillsStrong writing, editing, and content development abilitiesExperience creating content for email, web, and sales enablementPowerPoint expertise for sales and internal communicationsComfortable using data to optimize content performanceHow You WorkOrganized, detail-oriented, and deadline-drivenStrong communicator and cross-functional collaboratorAble to translate clinical or technical information into clear, engaging contentProactive, curious, and eager to learnExtra points for :Experience in regulated or MLR-reviewed environmentsFamiliarity with SEO, paid content, or marketing automation toolsBasic design skills (Adobe, Canva)Content or digital marketing certificationsWho we are: KARL STORZ is an independent, family-owned company headquartered in Germany's renowned MedTech manufacturing region.
