Power BI Developer

Position: Power BI Developer Duration: 06-08+ Months Contract + Extension/Conversion Remote Opportunity (USC AND GC ONLY ON W2")Pay Range: $65-$70/hr on W2, 40 hrs/Week Responsibilities: • 2 yrs of experience building and troubleshooting data flows in Azure Data Factory (ADF). Experience with Dataiku and Alteryx is a plus.• Design, build, troubleshoot and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations• 2 yrs of experience with Plex QMS tool usage and data extraction preferred.• Devise and implement data models and queries to support analytic requirements.• Collaborate closely with business partners to understand objectives and translate them into technical solutions.• Lead and execute complex analytics projects and initiatives independently.• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of data and reporting outputs.• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within data workflows.• Work with data engineers and IT to define and maintain data governance standards.• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business stakeholders.• Troubleshoot existing Power Applications
