Known for its beautiful views, high-energy service, and welcoming atmosphere, City Point is a fast-paced restaurant where teamwork and hospitality matter every shift.Support team members are guaranteed a minimum of $13/hr, and at The Boathouse at City Point this role typically averages over $20/hr with tips, based on schedule and shift volume.Position SummaryThe Support role includes responsibilities as a Food Runner/Busser and/or Barback. Support team members play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by keeping service flowing smoothly, assisting both Front of House and Back of House teams, and maintaining clean, organized dining and bar areas.Food Runners and Bussers ensure guests receive their meals quickly and accurately while helping reset tables for future service.
