Job Description

Our client, a fast-paced technology company, is seeking a Contract HR Business Partner to support their HR team for approximately 5 months from April-August. This role will primarily focus on Employee Relations, partnering closely with leaders and HR stakeholders to address complex workplace issues, ensure fair and consistent practices, and maintain a positive employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage employee relations cases, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolutionCoach managers on performance management and sensitive employee mattersEnsure consistent application of company policies and employment law complianceIdentify ER trends and partner with HR leadership on proactive solutionsSupport HR Team with projects and other responsibilities as neededQualifications5+ years of HR Business Partner or Employee Relations experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environmentStrong background conducting employee relations investigations and advising leadershipSolid knowledge of employment law and HR best practicesAbility to navigate sensitive situations with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgmentExcellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience supporting technology or high-growth companies is a plusEngagement DetailsContract engagement (approximately 5 months from April-August 2026)Hybrid with 3 days in office Downtown Denver (paid parking included)Pay rate of $45-50/hr DOE
