Job Summary: OWT Global is seeking a high-performing Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a team of engineers and scientists developing a next-generation SOF life preserver. You will work with government and industry stakeholders to develop and refine requirements, develop and execute a system engineering plan, conduct program reviews, develop test plans, and conduct developmental testing. Required Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in System Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent degree from an ABET-accredited institution12+ years of technical experience in the defense/aerospace industry or 10+ with an MS degree5+ years' experience managing technical programs that involve design, development, integration, and testing in the defense industryExperience planning, coordinating, and implementing field system testing and demonstrations.
