Job Summary: OWT Global is seeking a high-performing Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a team of engineers and scientists developing a next-generation SOF life preserver. You will work with government and industry stakeholders to develop and refine requirements, develop and execute a system engineering plan, conduct program reviews, develop test plans, and conduct developmental testing. Required Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in System Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent degree from an ABET-accredited institution12+ years of technical experience in the defense/aerospace industry or 10+ with an MS degree5+ years' experience managing technical programs that involve design, development, integration, and testing in the defense industryExperience planning, coordinating, and implementing field system testing and demonstrations. Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess (as well as maintain) a Final Minimum Top Secret Clearance w/ SCI eligibility.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent customer interaction and presentation skillsLiaise with stakeholders to align research, development, procurement, and sustainment funding with future program needsWork in groups or independently with minimal or no supervisionResponsible for data management and generationPreferred Qualifications:Experience integrating TRL-9 components into a functional prototypeExperience providing program support in monitoring, assessing, coordinating, analyzing, and integrating component programs, including briefings/presentations for the total life of complex programsDerive, develop, verify, and assign system requirements to wired and wireless communications subsystems as part of an integrated multi-component system of systems solutionsExperience writing Systems Level Requirements, Systems Level Plans, and Analysis (System Plans, System Modeling, FMEA, Systems Safety, Requirements Traceability, etc.)Liaison with partners and subcontractors to verify specifications and interface requirements and to produce ICDs between multiple sub-systemsProvide technical analysis, utilize simulation and requirements management tools, and perform system trade studies and prototyping to assess system performanceExperience in communicating requirements and on-boarding technically competent subcontractors for prototype component low-rate productionProficient with Microsoft Office-based toolsExperience as a technical lead and liaison with major OEM's and Government CustomersExperience with System Level Test and Troubleshooting (In-house and Field)Write/lead trade studies, use cases, white papers, etc.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsTime management and organizational skills10+ years of experience supporting Special Operations programsStrong understanding of NSW mission sets, operational tempo, and joint/combined force integrationExperience providing technical and programmatic advisement to program managers and leadership on SOF acquisition, sustainment, and operational employmentAbility to travel domestically and internationally to support test events, TEMs, exercises, and operational demonstrations.Desired Skills, Education, Qualifications and Experience:Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibilityExperience engineering products for a Maritime SOF environmentKnowledge of engineering products for denied area operationsBenefits:Health, Dental and VisionPaid time off Short Term/Long Term Disability/Life Insurance/Workers Compensation Traditional and Roth 401k plan options Department: UxSPrimary Location: Tampa, FLJob Type: Full TimeJob Level: Senior Technical Program ManagerJob Posting: 23 January 2026
