Landscape Crew Leader Position OverviewThe Landscape Crew Leader will be responsible for managing maintenance performance on Commercial projects . Landscape Crew Leader ResponsibilitiesEnsuring all crew members perform their work safely and in accordance with company policies Ensuring equipment is in good working order and receives appropriate preventative maintenanceLogging equipment usage and maintenance cyclesPerform landscape and street maintenance duties, including but not limited to, pruning, planting, trimming, edging, and mowing.Bed maintenance will include shearing, fertilizing, and mulching.Landscape Crew Leader QualificationsGeneral knowledge of landscape maintenance and landscape construction.3+ year managing crews.Must be able to lift, bend, squat, and work in outdoor weather.
