OverviewThe Associate Director of Marketing Communications will lead the strategy, development, and execution of integrated communications across digital, social, print, and web channels. This leader will define and elevate the World 50 Group brand voice, ensuring consistent, high-quality storytelling that engages senior executive audiences and reinforces our position as a trusted partner to the world's most influential leaders.You will oversee a small but highly capable team (managing a social media professional and a B2B copywriter) and collaborate across marketing, sales, events, and member experience teams to ensure every message reflects the unique value of our private executive community.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute the overall marketing communications strategy that strengthens World 50 Group's brand positioning and awareness across all audiences and channels.Serve as the steward of the World 50 Group voice to ensure tone, quality, and message consistency across digital, social, email, and print communications.Partner closely with the sales, marketing, design, and member experience teams to align communications strategy with business goals and member engagement priorities.A/B test copy and content to optimize conversion rates and engagementEmail, Digital & Web CommunicationsOversee outbound communications, including prospect outreach and campaign nurture sequences.Develop content for various commercial enablement materials including landing pages, sales collateral and promotional campaignsDrive messaging frameworks that improve engagement, conversion, and retention through data-driven content optimization.Ensure content reflects brand voice and supports key marketing objectives.Social Media & Brand AdvocacyOwn World 50 Group's LinkedIn strategy, including content planning, engagement, and analytics for both the brand pages and ambassador programs.Empower group leaders, advisors, event delegates and members to act as brand advocates through content guidance, enablement tools, and strategic amplification. Leverage amplification platforms, e.g. Oktopost and IngoMaintain an active social calendar that highlights summits, speakers, thought leadership, and member milestones while preserving member confidentiality and brand discretion.Print, Mail & Brand CollateralPartner w creative team to oversee production of print collateral, direct mail, and event materials that reinforce brand identity and member experience.Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure quality and brand consistency across touchpoints.Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing communications team (B2B Copywriter and Social Media Manager).Foster collaboration, accountability, and professional growth within the team.Qualifications10+ years of experience in marketing communications, ideally within B2B or professional services sectors; experience with executive or membership audiences is a plus.Proven success leading multi-channel communications strategies, including email automation (Iterable, Outreach.io, Marketo) and social media (LinkedIn).Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a sharp understanding of tone and message nuance for executive audiences.Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Experience managing small, high-output teams and external partners.Analytically / performance focused to test and learn to improve conversion and engagement ratesAbility to navigate sensitive, high-level communications with confidentiality and precision.Must be based in Atlanta, GA (hybrid work model).
