Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Collections Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $110,000 to $120,000 per year. Job Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the collections department, ensuring timely and effective recovery of outstanding balances.Lead and manage a team of six collections professionals, providing guidance and performance feedback.Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce delinquency.Monitor account activity and coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment issues.Generate regular reports to track collection performance and identify areas for improvement. Requirements: Proven experience in managing a collections team within a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.Familiarity with NetSuite or similar financial software platforms.Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.A minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in collections or accounts receivable management.Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in reviewing financial data and account histories.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain productivity under pressure.
