CGP: Temp HR Generalist

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $32.00 to $45.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities: Support generalist duties including onboarding, leave administration, and benefits backup.Prepare offer letters and contracts for faculty and staff with varying structures.Enter and maintain employee data in the applicant tracking system.Interface with employees and staff to address HR-related inquiries and needs.Assist across multiple HR functions in a non-centralized, manual process environment. Requirements: Demonstrate experience working with manual HR processes and disconnected systems.Communicate professionally and effectively across all levels of the organization.Pay close attention to detail when handling contracts and employee records.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR operations.Exhibit a strong understanding of employment laws and compliance standards. Qualifications: Hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Bring experience in education or similar environments as a helpful background.Use time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.Adapt quickly to changing needs and contribute to a collaborative culture.
