Every colleague is encouraged to participate in our Recruit Awesome People program, helping us grow Convergint by promoting our colleague-first culture and referring top talent to the Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers.Responsible for testing and inspecting fire alarm systems in specified buildings.Acts as team lead and oversees or directs the work of other Fire Alarm Inspectors.Identifies and reports problems or discrepancies.Ensures customer satisfaction for all inspections.Handles more complex system tests and inspections.Performs after-hours and weekend inspections as required by customers on an as-needed basis.Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.What You'll NeedAbility to read and understand blueprints and design drawings.Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure; ability to maintain awareness of, and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.Solid math skills.Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Company BenefitsConvergint fosters a supportive, accessible, and inclusive environment in which all individuals are able to realize their maximum potential within the company.
