Your impact We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor Professional Intermediate to work in Cary, NC and various unanticipated worksites in the U.S. In this role, you will: Receive, review, and import weekly progress measurement data to Jacobs project management system; Analysis and improvement of current project management database activities; Collection and buildout of progressable activity data as new subcontractors are onboarded; Analysis and interpretation of progress measurement and construction activity data; Weekly interfacing and progress investigation with construction management teams to ensure validity and accuracy of reported data; Reforecast of progress measurement data to ensure accurate reporting of current planned project schedule, including analysis of trend data; Report of project management information to construction management teams and project leadership; Utilization of project management and progress measurement tools to verify and record project status including reality capture, lidar scanning, and model milestone tracking. #LI-DNI Here's what you'll need REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field and 5 years of work experience in the job offered or related construction and project controls occupation. SPECIFIC SKILLS: 1. Earned Value Progress Measurement - Microsoft Office Suite, Synchro Perform. 2. Project Coordination / Risk Management - Oracle Unifier. 3. Construction Management / Project Management - Autodesk Suite 4. Construction Project Controls 5. Value Engineering 6. Schedule Analysis and Forecasting - Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, vPlanner. 7. Data Analytics and Visualization - PowerBI, Alluvial, Reality Capture. 8. Lean Construction. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
