You will work alongside seasoned professionals to support the corporate recruiting team in executing high-impact hiring initiatives over a 12-week period. You will will work closely with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to help attract top talent while learning how a strategic recruiting function supports overall business growth.Internship DetailsOn or about May 11, 2026 - July 30, 2026 (12 weeks)35 hours a week / $20.50 per hourHybrid work environmentKey ResponsibilitiesGain hands-on exposure to full-cycle corporate recruiting, employer branding, interviewing, and stakeholder collaborationPartner with Corporate Recruiters to understand open requisitions and candidate profilesAssist in building recruitment plans for assigned rolesAssist in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional organizationsHelp manage candidate records in the company's recruiting platform and automate staffing reportsCoordinate interview scheduling and communication to include collecting and organizing interview feedbackSupport content creation for LinkedIn and other employer branding channelsQualificationsJunior or rising Senior college student residing in the Jacksonville, FL area Summer 2026Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with attention to detailProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Enthusiastic, goal-driven attitude with the ability to follow up and follow through proactivelyAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectivelyDemonstrated critical-thinking, analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesSubmit resume, letter of recommendation, and personal statement (no more than 200 words) no later than Friday, March 20 at 5 pm ESTOfficial Contact InformationEmail: All official emails will come from an @ addressWebsite: Verify job listings and contact details on Call our main number listed on for verificationImportant: We will never contact you via Teams, Zoom, or Google Meets.
