Grounds & Facility Services Technician We are seeking reliable, hardworking Grounds & Facility Services Technicians to support daily outdoor maintenance services across multiple healthcare campus locations. This role is essential in ensuring clean, safe, and welcoming exterior environments for patients, visitors, and staff. Candidates should enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and contributing to a team focused on exceptional service. Responsibilities Change and dispose of trash receptacles at entrances, sidewalks, parking areas, and building perimeters. Remove litter, cigarette butts, debris, and organic material from sidewalks, mulch beds, shrubs, lawn areas, curbs, storm drains, parking decks, and fence lines. Perform leaf and branch cleanup around entrances, doorways, mulch beds, storm drains, and other collection areas. Remove weeds from sidewalk cracks, mulch beds, along buildings, curbs, signs, asphalt edges, and other landscape areas. Weed whip tall or missed grass to maintain clean, uniform grounds. Clean parking deck entrances/exits, stairwells, elevator towers, stairwell entryways, elevator cabs, and exterior lobby areas (location specific). Perform general debris removal from multi-level structures. Maintain a tidy and safe work environment while following all safety guidelines. Interact politely and professionally with the public and facility staff.
