The culture is values-based, people-focused, and committed to operational excellence, compliance, and leadership development.Position SummaryThe Vice President of Human Resources is a senior executive leader responsible for setting and executing the organization's human capital strategy. This role partners closely with the executive team to ensure HR functions support compliance, scalability, workforce engagement, and leadership excellence across a complex healthcare environment.
