SUMMARYUnder broad direction, provides overall leadership for the Division to manage delivery of existing work, win new project work, manage financial performance, sustain maintenance programs, and create a strong safety culture.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Plans, directs, supervises, and controls the execution of all business, maintenance, technical, fiscal, administrative, and safety functions for the business divisionActs as the Company representative with local clientsMarkets and secures additional work with existing and new clientsAbility to travel 25%Supervises daily operation and maintenance plan and ensures compliance with operational, quality assurance/quality control, safety, and environmental practices and proceduresEnsures resources are being utilized cost effectively to achieve site objectivesProvides effective counsel and direction, especially where corrective actions are neededTeaches cost control to all Rig Supervisors and ManagersEstablishes and maintain goals pertaining to Profit and Loss (P&L) metricsUnderstands and ensures incident reporting procedures, including appropriate protocol for informing top managementOther duties as assignedREQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEBS/BA Degree or combination of education and equivalent experience5+ years of progressive work experience working in the Well Services industryProven and professional leadership skills and abilities with supervisory responsibilities a mustMust demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readilyAbility to set the example of integrity and honesty for all employeesGood communication and interpersonal skills are essentialAbility to manage multiple/conflicting priorities with a strong track record of deliveryAbility to manage and develop assigned staffCOMPUTERProficient knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on MS Excel (Outlook, Word, Excel) PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTSMust complete and pass all required pre-employment screenings.ABOUT THE COMPANYRanger Energy Services is an oil & gas completion and production solutions company with a foundation built on well servicing, wireline, and natural gas processing.
