When the simple motions of life become small moments of joy, that's Everyday Magic.™We're looking for a Visual Designer to create brand-forward, performance-driven creative across paid, web, email, and marketplace channels-helping Fellow show up beautifully and convert effectively across every customer touchpoint.This role is based in our San Francisco, CA office and requires regular in-office presence in accordance with company policy. Who You AreFellow is looking for a brand-forward, performance-minded Visual Designer to help shape how our brand shows up-and converts-across all touchpoints. In this role, you'll create high-quality, on-brand creative that drives results across paid media, email, web, and marketplace channels, while helping scale Fellow's visual systems as the business grows. This role will collaborate with our Brand and Creative teams as well as other cross-functional partners.You'll collaborate closely with internal creative and marketing teams, as well as external agency partners, to own design execution from concept through launch. This role is ideal for a designer who values strong brand craft, understands performance constraints, and enjoys building scalable tools that enable fast iteration and testing.What You'll DoDesign on-brand, performance-driven ad creative across paid channelsCollaborate with stakeholders + copywriters to design email campaigns email campaigns, website layouts, and digital marketing experiencesDesign assets for Amazon storefronts, wholesale materials, and retail partnershipsBalance brand storytelling with conversion-focused layouts, messaging hierarchy, and format-specific designPrepare, export, and deliver paid media assets to our external ad agency, ensuring accuracy across specs, formats, and placementsPartner with brand, social, DTC, Amazon, and agency teams to support ongoing creative testing and iterationMaintain brand consistency while adapting creative for different audiences, platforms, and performance goalsKeep design files organized, documented, and easy to scale across teams Gain a deep understanding of our products and their functionalitiesQualificationsYou have 5+ years of experience in visual or digital design across brand and performance marketingYou have designed paid media creative and understand how design decisions impact performanceAre fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience building and maintaining design systemsCan design within constraints while still delivering elevated, thoughtful brand workEnjoy collaborating closely with marketers and agency partnersAre detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable owning execution end-to-endHave an appreciation for well-designed consumer products and an interest in the specialty coffee spaceWhy You'll Love This RoleA creative, fast-moving environment where ideas turn into actionCompetitive compensation including employee equity planGenerous paid time off plan401k with company contribution after 6 months of employmentMedical/dental/vision insuranceBetter Yourself Wellness credit & Better Your Community donation matchingMonthly Fitness StipendSummer FridaysPaid Parental LeaveGenerous discount on Fellow productsBest coffee anywhereSalary range - $100,000 - $120,000 based on experience.
