Our culture is built on safety, quality, client engagement, and employee development .We are currently seeking an Electrical Sales Estimator to support our continued growth in South Florida.Position OverviewThe Electrical Sales Estimator will support both sales and estimating functions , working closely with customers, operations, and project teams. This role is primarily focused on West Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties , with occasional travel throughout Florida and Atlanta.Primary Responsibilities Prepare electrical estimates for both low-voltage and high-voltage projects Conduct job site walks and field assessments Build and maintain strong customer relationships Support sales efforts , including networking and identifying new business opportunities Assist with project coordination and handoff to operations Support material takeoffs and procurement Provide Value Engineering (VE) ideas with each estimate Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Vacation and Federal Holidays 401(k) with Company Match HSA and FSA Spending Accounts Short- and Long-Term Disability Supplemental Insurance Options (Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity) Company-paid training and development Company vehicle, tablet, and cell phone Growth and advancement opportunities Position RequirementsRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or Trade School CertificateStrong working knowledge of electrical construction and retrofit workFamiliarity with the American Electricians' Handbook, NEC, and local electrical codesUnderstanding of electrical estimating tools (Means or similar resources)Knowledge of electrical circuits and load calculationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyReliable, self-motivated, and customer-focusedValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass pre-employment background check and drug screenProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to meet ADA physical requirements, including ladder use, roof access, and light liftingPreferred:Degree or certificate from a technical college or universityEqual Opportunity EmployerThermal Concepts, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
