We are looking to identify an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys working collaboratively with attorneys and staff on complex litigation matters.Position: Litigation Paralegal About the Role The Litigation Paralegal will play a key role in supporting attorneys throughout all stages of the litigation process. This position requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality work product.Responsibilities Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation matters Draft and organize pleadings, discovery, and case-related documents Manage case files, document production, and document management systems Maintain litigation calendars and track court deadlines Coordinate filings with courts and administrative agencies Communicate with attorneys, clients, and external parties as needed Provide general administrative and case support to the litigation team Qualifications Arizona Litigation experience required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, docketing systems, and document management software Team-oriented with strong initiative and professional judgment Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive benefits package Paid parking provided Opportunity to join a highly regarded and collaborative law firm Interested?
