Engineer Desktop Support

Execute project-based IT work across network equipment, servers, PCs, cabling, and related software Provide advanced technical support for escalated Service Desk issues. Log, track, and escalate incidents and service requests as needed Troubleshoot hardware issues and perform basic repairs. Lead facility-level technical implementations, including new construction and relocations. Train and support users on technology best practices. Collaborate and mentor within the GTS team to maintain standards and drive continuous improvement. Support IT project planning, budgeting, and coordination with regional teams. Adhere to GTS policies, procedures, and operational standards. Perform other assigned duties.Salary Range: $60,000 to $70,000 per year
