ABOUT THE JOBThe Tepa Companies are seeking Project Manager to oversee stand-alone projects internal to AFSAT. The Project Manager position is the lead administrator for the Financial Management section, managing the records management, manpower utilization tracking, task manager tracking database, etc. All project timelines, tasks, reoccurring tasks, and requirements are completed in accordance with established goals and milestones. Job Functions:Designs, develops, and implements specific projects internal to AFSAT as assigned by the COR, supported AFSAT Division Chief or AFSAT/AETC/IA Senior Leadership. Projects may be existing projects requiring administrative oversight or new projects.Performs routine data entries (create, update, and delete) in multiple databases and systems identified by the contracting officer's representative (COR), supported AFSAT Division Chief or AFSAT/AETC/IA Senior Leadership in support of AFSATs training mission.Validates data entries using multiple database standard system reports and view of database windows.Takes corrective action as necessary based on AFSAT, USAF, Department of Defense (DOD) or United States Government (USG) guidelines or regulations provided by AFSAT or posted on the USAF Portal.Generates multiple database standard system reports identified by the AFSAT subject matter expert (SME), the COR, supported AFSAT Division Chief or AFSAT/AETC/IA Senior Leadership using guidelines provided by respective AFSAT SME, COR supported AFSAT Division Chief or AFSAT/AETC/IA Senior Leadership to support training needs.Creates basic documents using MICROSOFT Word, EXCEL, Project, Visio and Power Point and other office automation systems.Prints, collates, and packages materials in support of Division Training needs.Scans and electronically files documents.Attends working group meetings and verbally discuss the status of assigned activities.Prepare messages, perform data entry, and file case and student administration-related data electronically using the AFSAT file plan.Creates, distributes, and maintains electronic and paper files of Security Cooperation, Security Assistance and/or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) files, documents, and Training Military Articles and Service List (TMASL).Assists and cooperates in customary/basic office administration of answering phones/doors, etc.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORTwo (2) years of related administrative work experience.Have access and handling of classified materials up to U.S. Secret based on unit manning document position requirements.Working knowledge and remain current with the latest version of WINDOWS, and Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project, and Visio).Working knowledge and remain current with the USAF Record Management Processes as detailed in AFI 33-322 and AFM 33-363.Experience in developing and implementing stand-alone projects.Proven planning and problem-solving skillsMust hold an active security clearance and the ability to maintain the clearance for the duration of employment.Must be able to obtain and maintain military installation access from government authorities.
