JOB SUMMARY:We are seeking a highly competent and driven Digital Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can serve as our marketing platform expert. This role partners closely with assigned sports and enterprise clients to lead both strategic planning and day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of marketing principles, advertising tactics and channels, social media, and creative storytelling, along with the curiosity and agility to quickly learn new industries and build strategies that outperform expectations. At CUENTO, we operate as an integrated extension of our clients - not a traditional agency - delivering end-to-end support from strategy through execution.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in strategic plan development for sport and enterprise clients Plan, launch and manage marketing campaigns across a wide variety of platforms, including (but not limited to): Paid Digital Ads: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, programmaticEmail Marketing: HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar platforms - segmentation, automation, and nurturingOptimization: Use tools like Google Analytics and A/B testing to optimize campaigns and improve performanceLead in copywriting as needed for the above marketing executionsCampaign reporting - turn marketing performance data into clear reports that highlight insights and inform smarter campaign decisionsExecute marketing campaigns from concept to launch, identifying what's needed and asking the right questions to ensure successManage and execute website content and necessary updates for CUENTO and select clients.Partner with creative team (graphic designers, videographers) to develop thoughtful, on-brand marketing assets that support objectivesManagement of creative projects within marketing platforms (Trello, Wrike) with proficiency JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must meet the following minimum requirements: 3-7 yearsof marketing experience in a cross-functional or generalist capacityStrong understanding of marketing campaign creation and execution, leveraging data and insights to develop smart and effective marketing assetsSports marketing experience preferred, but not required Ability to pinpoint needs and ask the right questions to ensure strategic alignment and successful campaign outcomesPassion for the process, with proven hands-on experience completing projects from planning through executionStrong analytical skills are required with proven ability to gauge performance, impact and create recommendations to further growth and address insightsAbility to handle a high volume of responsibilities across multiple clients Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to write for a variety of platforms A "jack of all trades", comfortable supporting a wide variety of marketing functions, adapting easily to shifting prioritiesFamiliarity and proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as:Project Management: Trello, Wrike, AsanaMarketing Systems: HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM/automation toolsCMS & Content Tools: WordPress, Squarespace, MailchimpAnalytics & Reporting: Google Analytics (GA4), Power BI, TableauSurveying: SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, TypeformMicrosoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPointAdvertising: Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedInCreative: Canva, Adobe Creative CloudCUENTO is an equal opportunity employer.
