We are actively hiring for a Group Leader on 2nd Shift.2nd Shift Time : 2PM-10:45PM3rd Shift Time: 10PM-6:45AMDuties:Supervise a team of 5-20 team members and team leadersAchieve 100% customer satisfaction100% on time delivery100% satisfaction of quality standards100% correct sequencingFocus on continual improvement and operational efficiency through excellence in receiving, identifying, inspecting, and assurance of quality and inventory control of inbound and outbound shipmentsMeasure and report the effectiveness of activities and employees performanceOrganize and maintain efficiency of inbound and outbound staging areasEnsure shipments' and inventory transactions' accuracyCommunicate job expectations and coach employeesDetermine staffing levels and assign workloadInterface with customers to answer questions or solve problemsUpdate FMDS board as required by Operations ManagerConduct safety walks to ensure warehouse is in 5S compliancePrepare semi-annual / annual evaluations reviews for all employees. Operations Manager will review.Establish training plan for all new hires after SOPCreate and update WIS as required by Operations ManagerMaintain records, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse statusReview and communicate changes needed to established Work Instructions (WIS) as needed; continually analyze for areas to improve existing processesQualifications:Proven work experience as a supervisor is requiredExtensive mobile equipment experience is a mustMS Office proficiencyAbility to input and retrieve dataHands-on commitment to getting the job doneExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to direct and coordinate operationsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcels at operating in a fast pace, customer centric environmentAbility to look at situations from several points of viewBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance401KPaid Time Off2nd Shift - 2PM- 10:45PM3rd Shift Time: 10PM-6:45AM
