Our positions are full time, year-around employment with paid training.We offer: 5 Days of PTO 6 Paid Holidays Up to 50% of health insurance premiums paid by Impact Access to a retirement plan, financial fitness, and employee savings programsPosition Overview:The CNC Machine Operator with Forklift experience in Union, OH will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery that winds cable onto spools, ensuring efficiency, quality and safe spooling according to specific requirements.Key Responsibilities:Set up and prepare the cable machine by adjusting tension, speed and other machine settings based on the cable type and spooling specifications.Pick and store cable in designated locations using a forkliftCut and spool all different cable sizes using cable cutting machinery.Track footage of cable on stock cable reels and update cable lot cards.Inspect the cable during the spooling action to identify any defects and ensure the spooled cable meets quality standards.Package (Strap & Skid) finished productAdhere to production schedules Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environmentOther duties as assigned.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentExperience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment preferredExperience in a metal fabrication environment preferredForklift and walkie rider experience mandatoryBasic mathematical skillsAttention to detailExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issuesTime managementStrong communication skillsEOE Thank you for your interest in Impact Workforce Solutions, we are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and participate in the E-Verify eligibility confirmation program.
