Your responsibilities will include:1. Preparing and maintaining important financial reports.2. Analyzing complex financial records and reports.3. Collaborating with the financial team to perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.4. Analyzing financial data and create financial models for decision support.5. Reporting on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.6. Working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.7. Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.8. Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.9. Performing variance analysis and prepare account reconciliations.10. Assisting with financial and tax audits.11. Documenting and monitoring internal controls in support of auditing team.Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related field.3. Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional skills in Excel.5. Experience with other finance-related software.6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.7. Excellent problem-solving skills.8. Strong attention to detail.9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.10.
