Join us and help shape a future where your career can flourish alongside the lives you help enrich.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership and Team DevelopmentInspire, coach, and retain high-performing teamsDevelop future leaders through mentorship and career pathingAlign team efforts with company mission and performance goalsFinancial and Asset Management ExpertiseOversee budgeting, NOI drivers, capital planning, and financial reportingAnalyze property performance and recommend strategies for optimizationEnsure ROI through expense control and revenue growthOperational Oversight and ExecutionManage day-to-day operations across multiple residential and commercial propertiesEnsure compliance with fair housing, safety, maintenance, and legal regulationsDrive standardization and continuous improvement across sitesMarketing and Lease-Up StrategyDevelop and adjust marketing plans based on occupancy trends and local market dynamicsOversee lease-up strategies and repositioning of assetsEnsure demographic targeting and brand consistency across all assetsCommunication and Cross-Functional CollaborationCommunicate clearly and persuasively with ownership, site teams, and internal departmentsResolve conflicts, provide feedback, and deliver stakeholder reportsPromote cross-department collaboration to achieve portfolio goalsJob RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferredReal estate license preferred in Oregon; industry certifications such as CPM, CAPS, or CAM are a plusProficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word3-5 years of experience as a Regional Property ManagerDemonstrated leadership in a multi-site roleExperience managing both lease-up and stabilized assetsCommercial property management experience preferredAdvanced skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planningExcellent verbal and written communicationProficiency in Yardi or similar property management softwareValid driver's license and ability to travel frequently within OregonPhysical RequirementsThis position requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, twisting, and talking. Employees must regularly use repetitive motions of the hands, wrists, and fingers to handle documents and operate office equipment. Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs or stepstools, and pushing or pulling may be required. The role may involve working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, inspecting property grounds, and operating a golf cart.
