ServiceNow Developer Work Location: Richardson, TX, 75082 PR Range: $50-55/hr. on W2 ONLY Contract duration: 12 months In-person interview required Job Details: Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only), 10+ Years of experience required: 1. Guided Decision Tree, Playbook and Recommended Action implementation and knowledge base experience. 2. Content creation migration and the UX interactions aspect of the migrated objects within the Snow Platform in the FSM (Field Service Management) module. 3. Experience implementing and enhancing configurable workspaces. Nice to have skills (Top 2 only): 1. Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system. 2. Build ServiceNow Solutions that are adhering to the best practices and provide recommendations to the client. Detailed Job Description: Deep understanding of all or some of these ServiceNow modules ServiceNow Development, experience in FSM Field Service Management module. An exposure to Telecom domain is desirable. Guided Decision Tree, Playbook and Recommended Action implementation and knowledge base experience.
