Assistant Studio ManagerJOB OVERVIEWAt Orangetheory Fitness our Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) will work in partnership with the Studio Manager and Head Coach to ensure operational excellence of the Orangetheory Fitness Studio. The ASM will provide daily and weekend managerial duties to accomplish sales and operations expectations. The ASM will support the lead generation and implementation of marketing strategies to increase the membership performance of their studio. This role will serve as an interim Manager on duty for weekend shifts in the absence of the Studio Sales and Operations Manager.
