RF Design EngineerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled RF Design Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing radio frequency components and systems, with a focus on power amplifiers and other RF applications. This role requires a deep understanding of RF principles and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality designs that meet client specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop RF circuits and systems with a focus on power amplifiers.Conduct simulations and tests to validate RF designs and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF solutions into larger systems.Utilize CAD tools and simulation software to create and optimize RF layouts.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines for RF products.Document design processes, test results, and compliance reports to maintain clear project records.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to RF performance during development and testing phases.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Proven experience in RF design, specifically with power amplifiers.Strong understanding of radio frequency principles and applications.Familiarity with circuit design, signal processing, and electromagnetic fields.Proficient in using RF tools and simulation software, such as ADS and Altium.Experience with designing 100W - 200W Experience with PCB layout and design for RF applications.Knowledge of systems engineering and regulatory compliance regarding RF standards.Familiarity with LabView and microwave/RF A measurements is a plus.BenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision, PTO, Stock Options, Etc.
