Seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant with insurance defense expertise who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and takes ownership of filings, deadlines, and details.Job DetailsHybrid Schedule: In office Monday-Thursday | WFH FridayPay Rate: Starting at $65,000Job DescriptionProvide administrative and litigation support to insurance defense attorneys. Responsibilities include preparing and proofreading legal documents, managing calendars and deadlines, performing state and federal e-filing, maintaining case files and discovery, communicating with courts and clients, and assisting with billing and general administrative tasks.Job RequirementsInsurance defense experience requiredState and federal e-filing experience requiredKnowledge of litigation procedures and court deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systemsStrong organizational, communication, and time-management skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionPeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
